- Complete reconstruction and expansion of the original Far Hills Inn  - 33,000 sq.ft.

- New balconies, entrance canopy and lobby area, larger window openings and reconfiguration of hotel rooms, new truck dock and delivery entrance

- Expanded kitchen, dining and meeting rooms, new locker, shower and bathroom areas adjacent to the renovated pool
