- Evaluation of the existing struxture; reinforcement of deficient structural elements

- New elevator and cantilevered spa and bar overlooking the lake

- Modifications and reconstruction of all staircases and Great Room steps

- Removal of steel and wood columns to create entrance lobby and  larger dining areas and to expose the large stone central chimney
